Welcome to Central Coast Diving Club! Located in San Luis Obispo, we offer fun, safe and interactive lessons for first time divers, classes for intermediate divers and competitive training for aspiring high school, college, and elite divers.

Central Coast Diving Club (CCDC) offers year-round training for divers of all levels at the Anderson Aquatic Center at Cal Poly, SLO. Whether you are brand new to the sport or have taken lessons in the past, CCDC focuses on developing the fundamentals needed to be successful. Our training includes essential conditioning and skill progressions required to put a competitive springboard list together.

Our mission is to provide an inclusive, safe environment for athletes of all ages, to achieve personal success in the sport of diving while building memories and gaining positive experiences that will last a lifetime.

Programs

Central Coast Diving Club offers different programs for every level. We believe in structuring our practices and groups so that you are geting the most out of your diving experience. Whether you are just starting out, doing it for fun or have ambitious goals of being an Olympian, we have a program to fit your needs.

Lessons

Lessons are ideal for new divers interested in trying something new. We focus our time on basic skills and proper progressions required before moving into more difficult dives.

Future Champions

The novice group has mastered the basics of safe diving and divers have voluntary (basic) dives in each category on 1m and 3m. Athletes are focused on mastering skills and have expressed interest in competition.

Pre-Team

Our pre-team divers have a high proficiency in the necessary fundamentals to progress into more difficult dives in each dive group. We introduce dry-land training and conditioning to progress in all aspects of their diving.

Junior Olympic (JO)

Our JO divers have reached competition requirements and have made the commitment to club practices and competitions. They have goals to extend their diving careers, such as interest in collegiate diving.
